GT's sound good on even the cheapest fan controllers. I bout an RFX-120BL to get the fan controller, but you can also get a little Zalman for $8. These controllers have a 7W maximum, but each AP-15 draws 0.083A, or 1W. So hook them all up to the little cheapie and you're good to go.

Correction:

Once the AP-15s are *running* they only pull 1W. On startup they pull 0.34A...which translates into ~4W. With a 7W per channel fan controller, one should be fine so long as there's only 1 fan per channel.
