Good fan for the Accelero S1 rev 2?

Hey guys what 120mm fan should I buy to put on the AC Accelero S1, I don't want to buy that turbo module, I want a 120mm.

I was thinking of getting the Scythe Ultra Kaze 1000rpm, but I'm not too sure how quiet it will be vs. how much air it pushes, or how long it will last upside down since its a sleeve bearing fan I believe.

Any suggestions?

PS. I heard that the stock VRAM heatsinks don't stick very well, what could I do to make them stick better?

Should I cover the VRAM with anything or just slap on the AS5 and the super glue?

Another thing to add: Should I worry about the voltage regulators at all being uncovered?
