Whats a good Core 2 duo supporting motherboard for under 80$... It doesn't have to overclock well either just needs: pcie, sata 2 support...

There's an ASUS board at newegg but it's $84.13 shipped. <br />
Just like what you're lookin for as well. But will the $4.13 over budget throw you off?

915P chipset does not support Dual Core CPUs, which is what you linked.

no best....too controversial -.-.....depends on which batch / type / quality of the mobo and your CPU ......you gotta be lucky....my badaxe only OCs to 440 fsb and thats my freakin wall ( intel DID allow ocing but capped it at 433 fsb supposedly )

P5B-DX is the best currently from what I've seen, but the Gigabyte DS3 is pretty darn close for a LOT less
