I'm going to overlock my e6400 and I want to leave the computer ON all the time. Do you guys keep your CPU overclock to his max all the time or you bring it down a little after you tested it?

I was thinking to clock it to 3 ghz with a Zalman 9500 and leave it on 24/7.

Is this bad?

Thanx
I'm pretty sure you can get somewhere around 3.5 easily...anything afterwards will be a pain without anything better than air....

I'm at 3.2 with like 1.425v stays around 50 to 50C. Thats folding on both cores and playing BF2 at the same time. Oh and stock cooling

With an e6400 and a zalman expect to run it close to 3.2 but at least 3ghz on a 24x7 basis for folding if thats your cup of tea.
