Good to be back
Finally got my main folding rig back online after the upgrade. I swapped out my Q6600 for an i7 860. Took forever for the CPU to get here (fleabay), but it arrived this weekend and I got it together and running yesterday morning.
I am folding 7 threads using the bigadv flag on the CPU and both my GTS250s are folding too. Fahmon showing 20-22K PPD. Running the CPU at 3.8 right now, but plan to tweak it up to 4 or 4.2 this week. Also need to bump the shaders on my GPUs to get this rig up to max PPD, but I am impressed so far. I think I can get close to 10K on the CPU alone folding 7 threads.
