Okay, so I got a Cooler Master Storm Scout and I was trying to find a way to install the DVD drive and it seems like metal is blocking it or something...
Lol, you're supposed to push out those metal plates if you want to install something in the bay. I don't know about you, but I think most people tend to install optical drives starting in the top bay.

yeah but he wants to install it in the very bottom bay. all you have ot do is unscrew that 3.5" flopping drive bay converter and take it out.

Nah, I don't need it on the bottom. Just second to bottom. Less work for me.
Reason I can see someone putting it in the bottom: because his PC might be on his desk!
He is probably trying to avoid having to stand out of his chair to put a CD in. Makes sense to me! I only put my Optical drive in the top because my box is on the floor...

You guessed it. The case will be on the desk after I'm done with everything.
Plenty of airflow, along with constant satisfaction if you have a side panel window
exactly, mines on my desk next to my monitor and i dont have an internal DVD drive, i got an external DVD burner right under my monitor so i dont have to have that crap in my case.
