He downloaded the GPU2 client for [email protected], but he didn't set a team number, or a user name, how could he get back into the set up? it's the command prompt looking one.

Delete the files from C/Program Files/[email protected]/[email protected] (I think that's default, anyway) and reinstall the client.

Hope that works!

And good job getting another folder!

He shouldn't have to do that.

There's a simpler way.
Right click the [email protected] symbol on the task tray and select "Configure". Then he just enters the name and team# (*cough* 37726 *cough*) and clicks "OK".
The next WU he finishes will then be submited using those settings.

delete "client.cfg" or modify it with notepad which is located in the same folder as [email protected]

Best answer so far. Then restart the program and boom good to go. If modifying it seems a pain the shut down the client delete and then hit the exe. It should ask for the info again.

just run the client with the -configonly switch from the command prompt.
