Hey guys and gals,

I've got a Zotac 980ti Amp! Extreme.

I can get 1,500 mhz on 1.23v using MSI Afterburner to oc.

I've been messing around with Maxwell BIOS Tweaker v1.36. I've set a max voltage of 1.28v but when I flash the BIOS onto the card I'm not getting 1.28v. I'm still seeing 1.23 to 1.212v depending on GPU Boost.

Does Zotac have some hardware limited voltage restriction I'm unaware of?

Thanks!

It's nothing to do with Zotac, but the drivers. If you look in the Titan X owners club you'll see I've tried for awhile to get past 1.23 on my Titan X.
Any driver past 385.41 will give you a Code 43 error in device manager if you flash bios roms that modify the P00 state.

You probably already knew that, but to cut to the chase, there's nothing you can do at this point to get past that 1.23v wall through software. I've tried. I've looked everywhere, and tried everything.

The only way you're going to get past that at this point in time without doing a hardware mod is by installing drivers 385.41, which was released sometime in mid 2017.
