I set up the GPU client, but I notice that while it is working, it will go then stop, then go. I can hear the high pitch whine while it is active and it stops when it is idle. Is there any way to make it use 100% of the gpu all the time, or is this normal to have the on/off cycle?
What would be the best way to set up CPU folding for 4 cores? I would like a one program solution that I can run, but I still think you have to run 2 instances to get 4 threads going? If that is the case I will just use the VM from error10.

You could run the SMP client designed for quadcores.

True, although generally speaking it only produces about 50 to 60% of Errors VMware. I say generally as I have been getting slaughtered with some crappy WU's lately, but before that it was about double.
