Which is the most efficient way to fold?

I know that console is more efficient then tray for CPU.

Anyone have proof or doesn't it matter which client you run?

Console, its a more striped down and basic Client, but you can pause the tray.

Yeah I prefer the console but you cant pause it
. I would say the difference between the two is negligible.

I actually don't know how/where to get the Console version of the GPU client.

I'd do console but it shouldn't make a huge difference.
I think it only makes a difference if you view the tray client as it takes resources. But again this is my opinion. I run console by the way.
Yeah if you watch the proteins as they are processed it eats a lot of your cpu. Other than that it doesnt do much.
i like the console, its what ive always used. I tried the tray a few times. I just dont like the 'feel' of it.
