GPU1 of GTX295 not downclocking...

After I cleaned out all the dust from my PC today, I turned it on and noticed a slight problem with my GTX295. GPU1 was not down-clocking to 2D mode like it should have when I'm not gaming. GPU2 down-clocks normally, and ramps up to stock speeds when I play a game, but GPU1 just stays at the stock speeds at all times. The temperature on GPU1 is 3C higher than GPU2. GPU1 on stock is 60; GPU2 on stock is 57 (I hope these are fine temps, btw). Why is this happening, any fix for it? I never OCed, only ramped the fan speed up to 60% using EVGA precision when I would play a game. Both GPU's in my 295 down-clocked before I cleaned out. Help please...

This happens quiet a bit actually.
The downclocking part of the 295's is very sensitive.
Even the slightest program might trigger GPU1 to go to full use.
I would type in the search bar in W7 start menu, "msconfig" without quotes.
Go and check what is in startup.
Also, be sure you are not using the 195 drivers.
Oh crap. What's wrong with the 195 drivers? I'm using 195.55 beta, only because I wanted the SLI support in MW2. What's wrong with the drivers?
I'm pretty sure that my GPU down-clocked with the 195.55 drivers before my clean out. There aren't any intensive apps or anything running in the background. What bothers me is that only one of the GPUs down clocks, not both of them...

They arent good at all. They have really terrible optimization.
Put on the 186 drivers.
You should even get an fps increase in most games.

But 186 drivers don't have SLI support for MW2...

But anyway, thats not the problem, the problem is my card doesn't down clock properly.

i love my Xtreme Gdrivers 191.56. but as stated before any program could keep it from downclocking.
