I should really go play this series. I bought the Witcher 2 for cheap on Steam last year, and played for about 3 hours and then I bought Battlefield 3 and stopped playing it. Once I get tired of COD (yes, I bought COD BLOPS 2 and I am enjoying it...maybe because it is the 1st COD that I have ever played) I think the Witcher will be the next game I play.

True, but Witcher 2 graphics were pretty darn good. I thought the game was beautiful.

What do you expect? The Witcher 2 was pretty beastly graphically.

The only thing i didn't like in the witcher series so far was repetitive faces. If only they could make some more randomness in this area I'd be happy.

this is not new, these screens are all from feb 5th, few hours after the announcement. they're ALL in TW2 engine. the game's engine isn't even done yet.

i'm pretty sure a link to these screenshot are in that topic too....

I thought the graphics were good, but I was quite let down by all the hyperbole from PC gamers. If you look closely, there were lots of areas with just awful low res textures.

This game is going to be nothing short of incredible. LOVE the Witcher series; books, games everything!

The first two games were some of the best in the business. This is going to be absolutely amazing considering most of my favorite game developers are just making cookie cutter garbage now. I absolutely cannot wait for this to come out. This is one of the only games I am willing to pre-order now.

The game is still far from done. At this stage of development, what we see is pretty good if they don't edit the screenies.

I feel that Skyrim looks better when it comes to the outdoor environment. However the textures on the people and the faces look amazing. The spell effect also looks great.
