site hwcompare is not 100% accurately,,

usually people read that website, just 'think' if the 'Values' of 'BW, PIxel,& texel' is 'higher', mean that card perform better,,thats totally wrong,,

just look at HD 5970 vs HD 6990 on 'hwcompare web',, HD 5970 has more value for texel & pixel,

but in 'real tested' performance, HD 6990 is twice better than HD 5970,,
HD 5970 = GTX 580
HD 6990 = GTX 590

CMIIW just my 2 cents

HD 7770 should be place behind gtx 460 1gb,,,?

HD 7750 should be place above or behind GTX 550ti ,,,?

my conclusion:
HD 6850 > GTX 460 1gb > HD 7770 > GTX 460 768mb > HD 6790 > GTX 550ti > HD 7750

I think GeForce Titan XP 12GB (Pascal, April-6-2017) is not faster than 2080Ti, it should be on par or slightly below RTX 2080

GeForce Titan RTX 24GB
GeForce Titan V 12GB
GeForce RTX 2080 Ti 11GB
GeForce RTX 2080 Super 8GB
GeForce RTX 2080 8GB - GeForce Titan XP 12GB
GeForce RTX 2070 Super 8GB
GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB
...

references:
-techpowerup; see Relative Performance chart (GTX 1080Ti 93%, RTX 2070 Super 94 %, Titan Xp 100%, RTX 2080 100%, RTX 2080 Super 106%, RTX 2080 Ti 117%; based on 1080p)
https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/titan-xp.c2948
-many benchmark on youtube shows the similarity

However the Titan V vs 2080Ti which better in gaming is still inconsistent and questionable.
From what I can see from some youtube benchmarks perspective; Titan V can be a lot slower than 2080Ti in some games, but can run better in some too,
The 2080ti looks more favorable to be faster in general.
But on techpowerup the relative performances in-short are; 2080Ti at 96% and Titan v at 100% https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/titan-v.c3051

probably soon
  1. GeForce RTX 3090 24GB - Radeon RX 6900 XT 16 GB
  2. GeForce RTX 3080 10GB - Radeon RX 6800 XT 16 GB
  3. Radeon RX 6800 16 GB
  4. GeForce RTX 2080 Ti 11GB - GeForce RTX 3070 8GB
=================
mega edit:
Just FYI, revision from the last post I made @Anth0789,
Is Titan RTX 24GB should be still faster than 2080ti & RTX 3070?

Titan RTX: NVIDIA TITAN RTX Specs, TechPowerUpReviewDatabase (Dec 18th, 2018)
from the overall reviews, im pretty confidence Titan RTX 24GB stock is faster than 2080Ti/3070 stock

Titan V: NVIDIA TITAN V Specs, TechPowerUpReviewDatabase (Dec 7th, 2017)
Titan-V is not really a gaming card ...so we have very less review comparison, and the performances also seems inconsistent in some games, it can be as low as 1080ti.
Very tricky to determine which rank Titan V should be placed

Titan Xp: NVIDIA TITAN Xp Specs, TechPowerUpReviewDatabase (Apr 6th, 2017)
overall as far I can see, still trade blows with 2080

In chronology, I think it will be like this:
  1. GeForce RTX 3090 24GB - Radeon RX 6900 XT 16 GB
  2. GeForce RTX 3080 10GB - Radeon RX 6800 XT 16 GB
  3. Radeon RX 6800 16 GB - GeForce Titan RTX 24GB ?
  4. GeForce RTX 2080 Ti 11GB - GeForce RTX 3070 8GB
  5. GeForce RTX 2080 Super 8GB
  6. GeForce RTX 2080 8GB - GeForce Titan Xp 12GB - GeForce Titan V 12GB ?
  7. GeForce RTX 2070 Super 8GB
  8. GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB
but yeah to be 100% accurate is tricky, especially Titan(s) card.
