How can the 3070 be above the 2080 Ti already when it hasn't been released yet? And there are no benchmarks.
Reviews with benchmarks just came out this morning.

However, I'm inclined to suggest that it's listed as a tie or below the 2080 Ti, considering its lower VRAM and slightly RT and DLSS performance, and slightly worse overclocking headroom (as far as we can tell so far).

But I guess we are basing it on stock clocks then? Because I can get 2.1 GHz all day out of a 2080 Ti.
Exactly, I think most 2080 Tis can, or at least can get very close.

Just went back and read the OP fully and saw that it's based on 1080p. The 2080 Ti is just slightly faster at 1080p, so @Anth0789 I think it'd be best to swap them.
