Of those links, I'd take the first. 1.5V is pretty nice and those timings look great (*assuming* you're gonna overclock).

However, if you don't really need 12GB and can settle for 6, get some G-Skill Pi's, best RAM I've ever owned!

You certainly can'y go wrong with G.Skill.

I'd go with the first link (the 1333). Very nice timings and a low voltage to begin with gives you plenty of headroom for an overclock. You should easily be able to get 2000 MHz out of them, I swear by Ripjaws, they have never let me down.
