Hey guys just wondering if any of you know a good timing setup for these ram sticks and stock speed (1600MHz) I have 2 $GB sticks and currently running completely stock.

Ram is just like any other computer part when it comes to OCing. Each sample will be different. Up your ram voltage to 1.65 and then start lowering the primary timings 1 at a time. If you are trying to get it as tight as possible I would recommend running memtest86 once your all done just make certain it is 100% stable.
