The Best Feature or Entry Level Phone goes to the Nokia Asha 305, which offers a compelling dual-SIM package at an extremely attractive price. You can check out our full review here.
The Best Smartphone goes to the Samsung Galaxy S III, which is no real surprise as the device has been selling like crazy since its release. For our take on the S III, go here.
Best Mobile Tablet goes to Google and Asus for their Nexus 7, which is still selling strong after being released last November. Check out the review here.

Call me a fan-boy if you must( i have a Samsung Galaxy Note II) but i think the "new" iPad Retina deserve to be the winner/king of all tablets (from a Microsoft Surface Pro/iPads owner POV)

Not at the price the ask for it. Price/performance the Nexus 7 is a killer to anything known alive.

I think the ipad mini is the worst tablet out right now.

While this of course your opinion, I don't see how the iPad Mini can be the worst tablet out right now.

- The build quality is hands down the best on the market right now.
- It probably has the best battery life on the market right now. (source)
- The panel while lower in PPI than others on the market (due to the slightly larger panel and slightly lower res) is still top notch in quality.

The obvious downsides are price and for some the aspect ratio, but other than that it's a top notch product just like the other offerings on the market.

The way I view it, the iPad Mini is a great premium tablet that backs it up in hardware, build and software. The Nexus 7, while worse in build, makes up for it with an attractive price, stock Android and great performance.

I wish I had gotten 2x32GB N7's rather than the one N10, but my GF wouldn't have it any other way

And agreed with everyone else. iPads lose this because they're overpriced... and I don't see how the Asus N7 is of poor build quality. But, then again, anything that's not Apple apparently has poor build qualtiy

I don't see how it's not obvious, just look at the materials. The iPad it's comprised of aluminum while the Nexus 7 is plastic. While plastic doesn't equate to it not having the same quality of build (example being the Lumia 920 which is unibody plastic and feels beyond amazing) it's evident the usage of plastic was for cost cutting reasons.

It's the same thing with my Nexus 4. I love the phone, but for build both my iPhone 4 and Lumia 920 are on another level.

It's pretty evident when almost every review notes the iPad for having top notch build. ID is Apples bread and butter and every product shows that.

It's fairly obvious some people just have a boner for Apple products, dude. Others don't.

And, no, it's an opinion. There's nothing self evident about it.

Nah Marin's right as much as I'm not a fan of Apple their build quality is top notch. The nexus 7 feels decently built but the plastics used in it are rather cheap and chinsy. They didn't use the plastic for anything other than lowering the cost of the N7. I love my N7 it's a fast powerful little one but it's Build Quality is a bit of a let down.. same with the quality control on these things.

Seems like Units sold is a key factor if not the far and away #1 factor in the evaluation so the Lumina 920 had no chance not only because it is a WP but also it launched a lot later than GS3.
