I'd hook a Scythe Ultra Kaze up to it as that fan seems to have fairly good static pressure and I've heard good stuff from this radiator.

IMO, the stock cooler would do better
The Fermi stock coolers aren't too bad if you use manual fan control. I don't think a 120mm sized radiator has a big enough surface area to handle a 250w+ load

It's just the GPU. If it was the CPU as well, I'd grab a separate, larger, radiator.
