XFX, thats the exact card I have. Yes it will be fine with 650W, I'm running it on a 600W.

What is your power supply? 650watt might be pushing it depending on who made the PSU and how many amps its pushing through the 12 volt rail/s.

Well its kinda close, Im fairly sure that the GTX260 cards say around 36amps for minimum amps on the 12 volt rail, but for the most part companies usually count in other draw to the rails.

i would say your ok...but its kinda close.

650W is pushing it with SLI GTX 260's. I think you will have problems.
