it will depend on the game and the res you are useing, when useing mutli monitors you want as much vram as you can get.
460's are vary good cards when sli'ed its gunna be the vram holding them back in 3d sorround

Depends on the monitors. If 1600x900, no problem whatsoever. If 1920x1080, might have some trouble on more demanding games.

Yep, 1GB of VRAM will be limiting with 3 monitors.

2x GTX 460 SLI on your Corsair 450w? Eh, hard to say if that's even doable... Just a heads up.
Also, your E7500 would bottleneck that SLI setup. And especially with such a large res on 3 monitors.

You can probably run the cards off a 650W PSU.
You will likely run into VRAM issues unless you play at a low resolution. I would recommend at minimum 2 GB of VRAM if you want to be able to turn on AA and other post processing.
