I have an issue with my GTX 670 FTW 2gb (No OC). Randomly @ idle, the card will ramp up to full load 100% then back down to 0% then back to 100% and it will keep doing this for a few minutes and then it will go back to normal. I have absolutely no idea what is going on here. People have said maybe it was a background source causing it to do that, but i assure you nothing is that is running in the background should be requesting load from the GPU. To further test, I did a complete format and reinstall of my OS (Win7 HP 64bit) and after letting the computer sit for a while, I hear the fan of the GPU speeding up and sure enough it was doing it again. RMA time? Please let me know. Also, while playing Diablo 3, clocks stayed at a constant 810mhz but ever since it started doing this, itd go up to 1005mhz then back down 810mhz and itd do that a couple of time then settle back down to 810mhz. Weird. Thanks
