Whats do yall think the GTX 260,275,285, and 295 price will be when Nvidia gets there GT300 series on to retailers shelves?

I don't expect the GTX260 or 275 to go very far, but the higher-ends should drop like rocks. From what I remember from that pic that was posted (it almost looked like a Russian nVidia specs page...), the GTX360 will be $299, which, if the performance is everything the hype says it is, will slaughter the 5800s. Don't take my word for it, though, that's just speculation (like most recent things regarding Fermi...).
lower than what they are now most likely, Hopefully it will be a really nice drop in prices all around the board for the g200 series, but with nvidia you never know, probably get renamed (gtx 260 = gt 320, gtx 275 = gt 340, and so on).
will drop quick but dont expect them to stay around long either, once GT300 arrives id give it 3-4 months to see like GTS350, GT340 ect arrive and replace the G8x, G9x, and G2xx line of cores rather quickly

Actually the GTS340 will be an entirely new product, along with the GTS350. No idea when they'll launch, though, or what the prices will be.

gtx 200 are in short supply don't expect price decreases and they are being phased out completely.

current news it is concentrating mostly on fermi and doesn't wish to create gt200b chips to sell at a lower price.
I hope they are phased out and replaced with models based off of scaled down GF100 cores.
i'm hoping the 260's will drop, would love to do a SLI down the road. maybe I can find another good deal on a used one.
I expect them to all but drop off the face of the Earth in a few months after Fermi launch. Remember how there were shortages? I had expected a fire sale for nvidia after the 58xx arrived, but ATI has shortages and it appears to be that nvidia has a good control over it's inventory and both of those are keeping the GTX2xx prices up. Hell, I picked up a new GTX260 in July for $125 and good luck finding that now.

But that control over inventory now means fewer GTX2xx later on.

...at least that's the way I see it.
It will go up since they know that so many people who waited for Fermi will find they can't afford the high-end so they will settle for new low-end and mid-range 300 series. And the new low-end and mid-range of the 300 series, of course, being the 200 series.

But seriously, it will probably go down until some, probably the 295 and 250 and below, are sold out. The 260, 275 and 285 I think will stay around longer but at reduced prices as well.

Apparently the first GT300 card is already out.
The GT310 is merely a renamed GT210.

They cost too much to make, so they will phased out or remade more cheaply with a different name in pure nvidia style

The prices will probably remain roughly the same, where as the new cards will simply be more expensive then the current lineup. Then after some months the price will drop on them. That's just a guess though.
