Yes, I've switched the cables around, and tried different adapters, it always happens on the same output.
I checked it for obstructions as best as I can, and it's still doing this.

Where in the source does it say you've used a different input to the monitor? It says you've used different cables and adapters. It doesn't specify what type of adapter. I was assuming a DVI->VGA adapter. If you meant graphics adapter (card / accelerator) then please specify and don't blame people because of your vague post.
