It has no warranty. I have seen plenty of peopleselling GTX280s trying for $200 and no takers until they lowered the price down to 180-190

I don't agree with the gtx 260 no cooler estimate. Most GTX 260 Core 216's are going for 130-140 shipped and 192's for ~120 shipped WITH coolers. There is no way it is worth 115 without a cooler and warranty.

GTX 280 17-180 sounds fair
GTX 260 70-80 seems a bit low... But i m not sure...
The monitor Depends on the panel type... But i got a 24 a few months ago for 230 total new... but that was a crappy HP yours seems like higher quality so 230 ish shipped sounds good sorry if i m not helpful...
