So... my 1055T bottlenecks my GTX480, GPU usage does jump around 90-99% most of the time in games.

CPU atm with Stock cooler (Waiting on H80)
3500MHz CPU 1.32V
2500MHz Northbridge 1.23V CPU-NB

3DMark 11 scored around 4900.

Now it seems seriously low, and Im'a not liking.

And suggestions on how I could improve?

Yup, AMD CPU's suck until Bulldozer is released which I'm going to upgrade to one of those octo-core CPU's....

I used to run my CPU around 4.2GHz, and it was still around the same, going from 3.5 to 4.2 just game be around 5050 score on 3DMark 11

Just from the information you provided you can in no way say you are cpu bottle necked. In fact it is HIGHLY unlikely that you are.

If you lower the resolution one step at a time and look at your FPS do they go up or stay relatively constant?

OK, then the cpu is playing a bigger role but still, you can't possibly be hurting for frames at that resolution so what does it matter? Also, why oh why are you running a 6-core cpu and a gtx480 at that resolution? You meant 1280x1024 I assume.

EDIT: Or are you using a plasma TV?

3DMark11 should use all 6 cores, if there is a bottleneck from your cpu you'll find it in the combined test however its unlikely that you'll get a bottleneck there since all 6 cores are tasked to do the work it doesn't really reflect real gaming in that respect.

Also are you overclocking the gpu? While using 275 drivers?

As long as you get 60+ fps it doesn't really matter.
3Dmark is an overrated trash. Unless you want to play 3Dmark.

The only games I ever been bottlenecked were Crysis 1 and GTA IV cause they use only one thread.

DX11 allows rendering on multiple threads so the 1055t is futureproof.
i highly doubt it. can we see some proof?
