I've got an MSI GTX960 Gaming running on Win 7 x64 and a 5820K.
A few time's I've noticed general low FPS and performance issues, come out of the game and loaded GPU-Z and furmark to see what's happening and...
The GPU is stuck at 873Mhz and 49% TDP usage.
After a reboot running the same software it goes back to 1566Mhz/80% TDP usage (+200mhz overclock on stock voltage).
I can't figure out what's causing it, as the TDP was stuck at 49% usage I tried another PSU but had the same results.
No idea what's causing it at all! :|
