GTZ new issue lol

Ok well im at a dilema, really nothing is gonna happen for a few days. The screws that hold the block together broke in half while i was re tightening them, one did, and another has a stripped head. Can i call swifty and expect any assistance? another question is how much better is the HK3.0?

ok thanks guys new problem tho the 0-ring fell off the copper plate ive fixed it in its groove on the other plate, this should be fine right? or do i not temp fate?

HK 3.0 should be a 1-3 degrees better. As for the swifty assistance...I have no idea as I've never dealt with swift-tech before.

you might be able to go to a hardware store with the one with a stripped head and get replacments. if not a hardware store, you can certainly order them from a machinst shop.

Swifty should help though, give them a call/email!

If you contact Swiftech they will definitely send you new ones, I did cause the threads were stripped on one screw and within a few days I had new ones in my mailbox. Love their customer service

If you have fit it into the groove correctly, then you shouldn't have a problem.
