I like the Dtek better in looks, but I hear it performs SLIGHTLY worse. If I got those addons, or even just one of them, would it perform a lot better? I am mainly concerned about temps. I wanna OC my i7 920 up to 4.0 or 4.2 hopefully.

I would choose the D-Tek. I don't think you need a accelerator nozzle if you are going to use the quad insert.
From the reading I've done, the EK Supreme LT is actually a better choice than either of those for an i7 setup... I have a GTZ and love it, but it and the fuzion v2 don't hold up as well in i7 loops
Most of the time it's a pretty chilly 11C in my dorm room
and I get 31-32C with the scythes at full blast (pretty effin' loud) and about 34-36 with 'em all the way down (which is MUCH more doable)...
But right now it is RIDICULOUSLY HOT in my dorm room for some reason (if I had to guess, about 29C!!!) and I have the fans all the way down and I'm gettin' 42-43!
Hope that helps gauge the performance/ambient temp ratio and ultimately help you make a decision...
Sidenotes:
I'm such a dope... I paid $70 for my GTZ *DOH*
Where's it listed for $62?
IMHO, I think the D'Tek looks kinda wierd..... the GTZ on the other hand is just plain SEXY!!!
Edit:
Oops, didn't mean to say underclocked 920.... I meant non-overclocked, or stock 920... lol
