guides / how-to's

whenever i go onto a new forum i always find it useful when all the guides for a specific topic are in a clearly visible section..

it would be good if all guides for on a specific section where placed into a read only sub form that posts would only be moved into once approved.

this would minimise on repeat questions and multi posts..

if this is already in practise please point me in the direction as i always find it interesting to have a read though peoples guides.. find some interesting stuff
