Has anyone had this keylogger and sucessfully removed it.I use avg and ad-aware se/spybot sd all updated daily.Ad-aware always finds it and removes it but then finds it again in a day or so.I have tried safe mode scan and removing but this fails to get rid of it.It is a very nasty key logger that gets passwords,credit car numbers e.t.c; I reall need help with this people,please help!!!

Is there something that keeps reinstalling it, perhaps? Do you have a hardware firewall with all the incoming ports closed?

Scan in Safe Mode" with the Restore feature disabled! <br />
Than remove the backup files for the restore feeature, they are probably hiding in there.

I think some program I am using may be re-installing it but don't know which one.Don't have hardware firewall only sp2 firewall.Don't know how to check which ports are open or closed either.

Ok Trippen out you may have it, I often use a trainer when playing C&C zero hour.I will have to get rid of the trainer program then will do safe mode scans with restore off but how do I delete the backup file ? thanks everyone.
