I'm using the TIM from my H70 and it's great, in fact I ordered 5g of shin-etsu from a member on here because I can't get it in small quatity in Canada.
59c doesn't seem all that high for a intel chip clocked to almost 5.0ghz... I think your fine, as the other poster mentioned add another fan.
