Should I use a Corsair SP120 quiet edition to pull air from my radiator and use the stock H60 fan to intake air from the front of my case or should I keep the SP120 as intake and leave the stock fan pulling air from the radiator?

If you can use 2x SP fans as the rad and the original as intake.

I think I'll exchange my SP120 for an Antec Tri-Cool because it doesn't move air at all.

i've never had these fans but I've heard good things about them. They have good static pressure making them good for radiators. I would suggest another. Otherwise use the SP12 in front and the stock one on the rear.
