More on too what can you do on a kit like rasa that h70 cant do...

Custom loop...

1)if u decide to make it a crazy loop in the future..you got opening on the rasa kit rather than being stock on a h70..temp wise youll see drastic change..so you will be satisfied..for sure...

On the rasa kit some time you get bad humming sound on the pump..but kit to kit ill go with rasa coz of the opportunity to put more stuff in the future

I know the RS240/RX240 will be better than my H70. I'm just curious as to how much better.

How high is your 2600K clocked? 95W Sandys don't put out that much heat and go just about as high on air as water in terms of OCing...and IRL, they aren't even 95W, since your aren't using the on-die GPU. So for the coin you likely won't see as massive a difference in temps as say I did with my 130W Nehalem.

Now if in the future Intel releases 130W Enthusiast Sandy/Ivy chips...you'd be all set to upgrade.

During LinX AVX I'm hitting 82C max at 1.375V. Wattage reported is around 125-130W. Granted, nothing IRW currently will push it this hard, but I would like to keep temps lower. When trying for 5GHz I made it up to 90C at 1.48V and stopped. I really want to hit 5GHz+ and don't mind pushing ~1.5V to get there as long as temps are lower.

a rx240 will run circles around that h70 heck my old mega i gave to my friend only hits low 60s with his 2600k at 4600mhz. Just to compare when i had a single rx360 and 5870 my cpu temp with my i7 930 even at 4400 1.43 vcore only hit 75c with the gpu in the loop. The mega could barely keep me under 70c at 4ghz with 1.23 vcore. Take the gpu out of the loop and drop to a rx240 should have around same temps on my rig as a 360 with a gpu id say your sandy would stay under 50c with a rx240 depending on vcore your sending real water normaly knocks off 10-20c from air.
