Hello OC'ers.
Been looking all over the web, also searched this site, to see if anyone fitted a corsair H100 in a HAF 922 case with a rampage 4 extreme mobo. I know the case can hold the H100 in the roof, but I don't know if the Ramp-4 goes taller than a regular ATX. Has anyone tried that combination, or know of someone who tried it? I'm talking no mods, just a straight fit.

Thanks

Thanks for the quick response

I did look at that link, but I'm not very familiar with the terms (English isn't my first language), so I wasn't sure what RIVA meant.
The case manual didn't say my rampage 4 would fit, but it did anyway. (it didn't list atx-e as suitable)
This is why I am reluctant to purchase a rather expensive liquid loop, only to find out I need a bigger case aswell. lol

There is about 47-50mm headroom, but I'm not sure how thick the H100 is with fans mounted.

the H100 is exactly 50mm, i just measured mine. But there should be more headroom. How much headroom you have from the top of the Heatsink Vrm (of the mb) and the top of y our case?

I couldn't fit the H100 in my CM690 first edition because the rad would hit the RIVF heatsink.

So sorry for the late response, crazy week.
Ok, so the minimum distance from roof to ram clip taps are about 48mm, and max down to capacitors about 51 to 53mm. Although the edge of the actual MB is 3mm taller than that. ..so to me it's all down to length..
