My PCI bracket locks work perfectly fine, it takes a large amount of pressure, but in return holds incredibly tight. Prop the card up to it's completely verticle (If the case is standing up) and PUSH it in. If all else fails just use a screw


Edit: To remove the clips you need to bend up on the tab of metal above the brackets, and slide the metal pole out. Then you can remove the brackets you need removed, and replace the pole without the brackets in place.

ya use the screws, the cooler will not allow the clip to go in

alright guys, need some help here... =P this is my first PC i'm building.

You know the HDD LED and all the different LED power cables which come in white and another colour (blue, red or green) can i make the assumption that white is negative while the colour one is positive? =)

And other than that, i know this is a silly question, do i have to connect both 8 pin and 24 pin into the motherboard?
