No. You have hardware issue..This just shows that Overclock is Unstable ana causing slight problems. I would try and bump up your Northbridge voltage 1 increment.

Why i am OC to 2.4Ghz at 220x11(1.4v) x2 4400+ will hang when i am using my pendrive n pop up blue screen?
n nothing happend when i OC 2.3Ghz at 210x11(1.4v)?
