I'm looking to buy a copy of a Windos 10 CD during the black friday deals but the cheapest I found so far is $93 on Bestbuy. I found this other site called softwareports and it is $45. I'm just a little unsure on ordering from them since I've never heard of them.

I just did a Google search on it and I found something that tells me that you should avoid it, even though it seems all other results point to things that say it's fine.
