I currently have 4x2gb of DDR2 PC6400 ram which I believe are these here:

http://www.cesell.com/product.php?productid=177286

Really not the best, but I gotta make do with what I have right now

In the bios if Im reading it correctly its on auto settings and it set the timing at 6-6-6-18 which I understand is kind of bad?

It gives me the ability to change the timings- is it possible to do this with the ram I have? If so what should I change it to?

With all auto settings right now the highest stable OC I can get in my system right now is 3.13ghz.

with that RAM the timings should be around 5-5-5-15, but no guarantees it will run that.

you could try and see what happens. The performance loos/gain from having too loose/tight timings is really so little it hardly matters. you will never see the difference in everyday computing/gaming. So if you dont want to bother with it, it wont make much difference.
