Hazy Motherboard ????

I just took my computer apart to clean it, I look at the back and it's got a haze to it. the rest of the board is shinny except that one part. I go and wipe it off with a lint free cloth and some rubbing alcohol, it just came back. Whats going on, is it bad ?

It might be a thin clear protectant on the motherboard comming off. I wouldn't worry.

on a side note. I'm 17, my room was painted when I was 7. dont judge on the nascar wall paper LOL
