I assume you have created the array in your RAID BIOS.
Now you may need to go to Computer Management, Disk Management (look in Control Panel) and initialise the disks, so that you can create a partition and see it in My Computer. Your RAID controller should really do this for you, but best to check. When you load Disk Management you will see a couple of horizontal representations of your disks - click on the one that represents your array and select initialise, then click again and create a partition.
If this is not the problem post a clearer list of what you have done so far and we should be able to help further.
Brad, I think you will find that HD Tune only sees whole drives!
I have a WD640GB that has only a 150GB partition on. And HD Tune sees it as a 640GB drive
Which is a pain. As I wanted to test using only a 150GB partition on a 640GB drive!
But if you are talking Raid Arrays, HD Tune should see it
Hey Gary. I am refering to normal partitions and not raid partition arrey's. I can see them in My computer and they have been formateed to NTFS. HD Tune is only seeing the hole drive just as you stated above.

I knew, you knew your Partitions from your Arrays
But HD Tune don't
At the mo I'm trying "UltimateDefrag"
Although it doesn't test the partition. It does seem to be something you might use
Try HDTach, Everest or Atto to bench the partition - there is at least 1 of the programs that can bench a single partition rather than the full drive, but I can never remember which one it is...
