Is there a certain way to raise the voltage or not? It is already in the higher bios from the flip.
Right now I just raised the clock speed with AMD Vision.

Noooooo! Don't use amd vision. Preferably use Sapphire TriXX or msi afterburner. TriXX is much easier for noobs.

At 1200 core clock? I refuse to believe it. And 32 bit games will run just fine on 64 bit.
