That all depends on which ports you plug the drives into, Itry and set it up so:
SATA 0 is usually C:/OS
SATA 1 is usually D: etc.

just grab a marker and match drives to ports in the old case and then do the same in the new case.

Worst-case, you mess up your drive letters. No big deal. C:\ is the drive you boot from, always. If you hit Start and start typing "disk management," then a Control Panel application will come up. That allows you to format partitions (don't do that) and also change the drive letter.
