HDMI from PC to monitor

Hey guys,

I have a situation. I just got 2 DVI->HDMI converters and a couple 6' HDMI cables. I wanted to do this because I LAN alot and disconnecting DVI cables is annoying.

I have the Asus VH222H 21.5" monitors. When I plug in as HDMI I just get an "HDMI NO SIGNAL" on my screen. I currently have my main one plugged in via DVI so I can type this up. I have my 2nd one still on HDMI flashing this message.

I even went as far as to go to the Nvidia control panel and look at it. Nvidia control panel says it's plugged in via HDMI, and no matter what format I put it as I still don't get a picture. Is there something specific I need to do?

Thanks,
Bonzâ„¢

May need to install the actual drivers for your monitor. I had the same problem with a Samsung I helped install for a friend.

Thanks! I'll put in the disc when I get home and see if that works.
