Using ATI 13.2 Beta 6 drivers... HDMI sound doesn't work unless I uninstall the AMD High Definition Device driver "Device Manager in Control Panel" and then click on "Scan for hardware changes" where it will then re install and work as normal, I only have to do this every time I shutdown or restart. What gives?

Same problem, I uninstalled 13.2 beta 6 audio driver and only installed the HDMI audio driver from the 13.1 WHQL. That worked for me but I am on Windows 8 (might not work for you as well). Give it a try?
