I upgraded my core i3 pcu to core i7 3770 and my cooling is Thermaltake silent 1156 (1155) .

After my upgrading my CPU heat is around 50 c and when i play big game like Assassin Creed 3 it comes over 70C and some times it goes to 74 c ? ( without any OC )

Is that Ivy Bridge is more hot than my older Sandy i3 ? or Silent 1155 is not so good

ႈIn our market I can only get FRIO OCK is that will be good ?

For sure! Ivy heats up a lot more than Sandy, but Ivy TJMax is much higher also at 105°C

So nothing to worry about with your 74°C.
Even though you should check what VCore is set in the BIOS. At stock you should be around 1V.
You could also check if your voltage is pushed up at load (offset mode). CPU-Z will show you that.

Look at my sig if you want cooler temps

TIM = Thermal Interface Material, more commonly called thermal compound or paste.

You should be able to touch the heatsink fins and feel that they're quite warm with temps like that if you're getting good thermal conductivity. If it feels cool to the touch, you may need to reseat the cooler or use a better thermal compound, or maybe both.

You probably use a discret video card, hence the iGPU to 0V. (You should put your hardware in your sig so we can all help you more easily)

From what I see, your motherboard is almost as hot as your CPU! It looks like your case is not properly vented, or is it very hot were you live.
I would be more worried about the mobo temp than the CPU one.

Whoa! I completely overlooked the motherboard temperature.
Ambient temps have to be terrible.

My casing is Thermaltake Overseer ( not a bad one ) .. I connected all the fans connectors to motherboard . So the power go via motherboard to each fans ( not directly from PSU ) . I think that's why my mobo is Hot ( Maximus IV GenZ Gen3 ) . And also Auto Turbo is Opened in my BIOS settings . And now i am waiting the results .

Mobo Maximus IV GenZ Gen3
Video card : Asus Eah 6950 DCII 2Gb DDR5

My profile -> Edit signature text -> Choose one of your sig rigs as featured sig item.

Your current heatsink seems to do its jobs as the CPU is only 3°C warmer than the mobo.
I still think the latter is pretty hot, even with all the fans connected to it. But looking at your case, air flow should be ok.

What is the ambient temp?

Very hot indeed! (I was thinking of the room temp when asking about the ambient temp)
You should have mentionned that in the first place, as it means the mobo is only 5°C hotter, which is totally normal.
Same with the CPU, 10°C hotter than room temp at idle and 30°C at load look OK for an Ivy Bridge.

Obviously your TIM replacement didn't go that well...

What TIM did you use?
You probably put too much of it, common mistake. Any pic?

So a reseat of your thermaltake silent 1156 didn't work?

Why not unlock your 6950(if you haven't done it already). Look at this guide : Here. read it properly. You may need to look for a guide/ bios specific to your card.
Read threads like these : Here and here

You haven't mentioned your monitor setup. At 1080p you should be able to run all the games on very high. Except maybe crysis 3. If so, wait until Q42013(or Q1 2014) for the next gen of cards.

An ssd will increase windows loading and game loading times significantly. Its definitely worth it. If by "gaming speed" you mean frame rates, then no, it will not increase your max fps(maybe a very slight increase in min fps).

Maybe it's just me, but your 5.5v line doesn't look very good. I would upgrade your PSU. NZXT, Enermax, Seasonic are all good.
