I was reading the forum for a while and I have just registered since I need help to build my first PC after almost 10 years!!
Where should I open a thread for this purpose?

Hello and welcome.
As far as a thread only you know that. If you want Intel go to Intel section. If AMD then go to AMD section.
Before you open a thread I would suggest you search first. That way you don't make a topic that has been made a dozen times already. Good luck with the build.
