Hello im new to these fourms and to overclocking peroid, i just built my first computer its nothing special but its slow for what i need it to do! so i was googling and came across this, hopefully i will find many answers and be able to answer some along the way, thanks for the site

Use the "USER CP" at the top of the page and fill in the "System Specs"

Well that's a nice little motherboard there and Semprons are known to be good overclocking chips. Now do me a big favour. Go to www.majorgeeks.com and download a copy of Everest Home Edition, then go to google and get a copy of CPU-Z. These are the tools of the trade for overclocking.

You need to see what temperature your CPU runs at and Everest will tell you.
Also take a screenshot of CPU-Z when you have it open and that will help alot.
