HELP!!! blue screen with mamory_management

For the past 3 weeks, I've been getting blue screens with memory_management on it left and right. At least 5 times a day......in 5 minute gaps
..

So, today I ran the windows memory diagnostic (mtinst).

It failed the Stride6, WMATS+, WINVC, INVC, and stopped on the LRAND test, it gave me this error:
"Internal error: Can't locate 004AFF9C in DeregisterFixup"

Does this mean I need new ram? or is it fixable? or is it the ram slot on the mobo its self thats broken???

I even set my ram back to default, not overclocked anymore..

Help Please?!?!

Test each stick individually with MemTest.

http://www.memtest.org/

That will tell you for sure which stick is bad. Then you'll need to RMA that stick.

You should run "memtest", then you can make sure if the ram is the problem or not.

I suspect a stick went south. Use memtest to test them. You can try resetting cmos. That sometimes works.
