I don't know where to put this so let's put this here.

I desperately need an upgrade on my PC..

What i'm running currently is:
-Haf X case (I intend to keep this)
-m4a87td motherboard
-nvidia geforce Gtx 640
-Sd for windows
-HD for other.
-XFX 650W 80 Plus Bronze Core Edition PSU
-4gb of kingston ram.

I don't remember the names anymore because all components are over 6 years old..

What i need is an upgrade.
-New mobo
-New CPU
-New GPU
-New RAM

Rest components are salvaged from old build.
The components need to be cheap with the best bang for the buck.
So over 500 euros is a no go. Between 200-400 euros is right at the ballpark.

Any suggestions?

If it makes a difference, i live in Finland. (I think newegg ships to finland.)

Rig will be used for gaming.
I'm currently having issues when i play starcraft II and have +600 units on the screen, the game gets to 1fps.

Gooooooood luck! finding anything worth wild on that budget unless you buy used.
DDR4 prices alone if you want 16GB is going to eat up almost half of your $400 limit budget. Picked the worst time to upgrade new on a low budget my friend. Better hit up Kijiji, Craigslist, or whatever equivalent you have out there :)

I'd go for the new Ryzen 5 2400G. Which should fit your budget. You wouldn't need a gpu then as it's already part of the cpu.
