The problem could be a few different things as I have had this happen and I know how fustrating it can be.

With mine it turned out to be the CPU was overheating and I got a Big Typhoon and moved my rig to a cooler part of my room and it fixed the problem.

If you can Check the temps in your bios and post them here.

Also try starting up your rig with barebones - CPU, 1 Stick of RAM, GPU + HDD and see if that helps at all and from this you can troubleshoot and find out which of the components is causing the problems

Hope this helps
I bet one of your drivers is erroing out and cauing a restart on error. Pres f8 or whatever the safemode button is and click on boot and hault on no errors. this will boot windows and not restart when it doesn't run into an error and report if any the error and what is causing it .

Oohh, I hate it when that happens to me. It really makes me throb with anger. Usually I leave my laptop for a day or so, and it somehow sorts itself out.
It's probably a little Windows driver, or something. One time when it happened to me (3 weeks ago) I took everything that was connected to my laptop externally out (except the power cable) and it seemed to work fine when I restarted it.
Try that with yours. It's just a thought, but I like helping people solve problems.
